Valencia
Valencia's awful run in 2012 continued last weekend as they were soundly beaten 3-1 by Getafe. Unai Emery's side have now only won three of their 13 league games since
the turn of the year and are now far from assured of qualifying for
next season's Champions League as Málaga have drawn level with them in
third. Top-scorer Roberto Soldado will be missing for the fourth Valencian
derby of the season as he picked up his 10th booking of the season
against Getafe and Jordi Alba and Bruno will also miss out through
suspension. Antonio Barragán does, however, return from his ban so he should start
at right-back and Aritz Aduriz will deputise for Soldado as the lone
striker.
probable lineups : Guaita, Mathieu, Ruiz, Rami, Barragan, Parejo, Costa, Hernandez, Jonas, Feghouli, Aduriz. (4-2-3-1).

Levante
Levante's recent revival failed to continue last weekend in the battle
between the league's two surprise packages as they went down 2-0 at home
to Osasuna. Los Granotes have also lost all three encounters with Valencia so far
this season, but can draw level with their city rivals on 47 points with
a win at Mestalla. Pedro Botelho and Pedro López both return from suspension and Juanlu may
even make his first appearance since breaking his fibula in December.
probable lineups : Munua, Venta, Ballesteros, Cabral, Juanfran, Iborra, Torres, Valdo, Ghezzal, Barkero, Kone. (4-2-3-1).

Prediction
Valencia have been particularly shaky at home recently, failing to win
any of their last three league games at Mestalla despite taking the
lead.
Los Che are also involved in Europe against AZ Alkmaar on Thursday and
that extra strain added to the absence of Soldado points to Levante
coming away from Mestalla with at least a draw.
Valencia 1 - 1 Levante
