Arsenal
Both Gervinho and Oxlade-Chamberlain were on the bench against Everton, with Ramsey and Rosicky getting the nod. The latter had a quiet game after a decent spell of late so may be
rested to allow Ramsey to move into a more familiar central role. Kieran Gibbs is back to full fitness and his return has seen Vermaelen
partnered with Koscielny in what seems to be Arsenal's most solid
backline.
probable lineups : Szczesny, Sagna, Vermaelen, Koscielny, Gibbs, Arteta, Song, Gervinho, Ramsey, wallcot, Van Persie. (4-2-3-1).

Alex McLeish has no fresh injury concerns though it remains to be seen
whether he will take kindly to Charles N'Zogbia's seemingly disgruntled
interview stating that he is asked to defend too much in the French
press. Barry Bannan could be in line to replace him in a 5-man midfield anchored by Petrov and Herd. With Bent and Dunne both still sidelined, Agbonlahor will continue up front while Cuellar will partner Collins at the back.
probable lineups : Given, Hutton, Collins, Cuellar, Warnock, Petrov, Herd, Albrighton, Ireland, Bannan, Agbonlahor. (4-2-3-1).

Prediction
Arsenal and Villa have met twice already this season in what have proven
to be tight affairs. Robin van Persie has netted 3 penalties against
this weekend's visitors this term, including two at The Emirates when
Villa surrendered a 2-0 lead at half-time to lose 3-2 in The FA Cup.
Villa won their last league fixture at Arsenal, with two Darren Bent
goals enough to ensure a 2-1 victory after a late consolation from that
man van Persie. Arsenal have only won 2 of their last 6 home matches
against Aston Villa.
However, the Gunners are now on a 5-game winning streak and will be keen
to stretch their lead over Spurs in third having reached the automatic
Champions League places for the first time this season.
Arsenal 3 - 1 Aston Villa
