Team News
Liverpool
Pepe Reina returns from suspension and will start between the posts for
Liverpool after missing last week's FA Cup Semi Final victory over
Everton.
Adam and Lucas remain out, while youngster Jack Robinson is unlikely to return just yet, despite having returned to training.
Andy Carroll has scored in consecutive games for the first time this
season and will be hopeful that he can go on a goalscoring run now.
Probable lineups : Reina, Enrique, Skrtel, Agger, Johnson, Downing, Spearing, Gerrad, Henderson, Carroll, Suárez. (4-4-2).
West Bromwich
Jonas Olsson, Marc-Antoine Fortune and Marton Fulop are all doubts to
make the team, after Fortune came off against QPR and Olsson missed the
game altogether. Olsson is likely to be fit to return, while Ben Foster
will start in goal irrespective of Fulop's fitness.
James Morrison has been such a key player for West Brom in the second
half of this season, but he may not play again this season due to the
knee injury that has already kept him out for nearly a month. And return Peter Odemwingie will hope to get back to scoring ways.
Probable lineups : Foster, Jones, Olsson, McAuley, O'Neil, Brunt, Dorrans, Mulumbu, Thomas, Odemwingie, Long. (4-4-2).

Liverpool have reached their second cup semi final of the season, thanks
to their victory over Everton at Wembley last week. Their league form
has undoubtedly suffered as a result of their runs in the knockout
competitions, but they will probably be happy with their season
regardless of their league position if they end up winning both cups.
They will, however, want to jump back about their city rivals Everton,
who are a single point ahead of them in the table ahead of this
weekend's fixtures.
West Brom's away form was the most impressive thing about their season
until recently. They have, though, lost 3 and drawn 1 of their last 4
away games, yet they have improved on home soil, winning 4 of their last
5, thereby consolidating their Premier League status for another
season. Roy Hodgson deserves a lot of credit for the job he has done at
the Hawthorns. He returns to Anfield for this game, where he enjoyed a
rather less successful spell.
Liverpool won their last Premier League game thanks to a late Andy
Carroll winner. Carroll also got the winner in the semi final and the
fans will be hoping he begins to pay back some of the vast amount of
money that was spent on him. They will have been boosted by the manner
of both of those victories and with West Brom failing on the road of
late, Liverpool could pick up 3 points again.
Liverpool 2 - 1 West Bromwich
