Team News
Valencia
Valencia guaranteed they will finish in the top four for the third
consecutive season as four goals in the final 16 minutes saw off Osasuna
on Wednesday night.
Aritz Aduriz came off the bench to score twice against Los Rojillos and
he is expected to be rewarded with a start as Roberto Soldado continues
to struggle for form and fitness.
Sofiane Feghouli also returns after suspension, but Jeremy Mathieu has
been ruled out for the rest of the season with an achilles problem.
Probable lineups : Guaita, Alba, Costa, Rami, Barragan, Costa, Parejo, Piatti, Jonas, Feghouli, Aduriz. (4-2-3-1).
Villarreal
Villarreal, meanwhile, took a huge step towards survival as they beat
Sporting Gijon 3-2 on Tuesday to maintain their four-point lead over
Real Zaragoza in 18th.
However, Miguel Angel Lotina's men still face a difficult run-in, as
after their trip to Mestalla they host Atletico Madrid at El Madrigal on
the final day of the season.
Lotina could also have a selection problem in midfield as Marcos Senna
is doubtful with a hamstring injury and Carlos Marchena, who was used as
an extra holding midfielder on Tuesday, is suspended.
Probable lineups : Lopez, Gaspar, Zapata, Musacchio, Costa, Bruno, Senna, Perez, Valero, Camunas, Ruben. (4-2-3-1).

Prediction
Valencia may have sealed Champions League football, but they still need
three more points to guarantee third spot and automatic qualification to
the group stages of Europe's premier club competition next season.
It will also be Unai Emery's last game in charge at Mestalla and
although the fans may have mixed feelings over the Basque's time in
charge there should be extra motivation on the part of the players to
end the season in a positive manner after a difficult few months.
Senna's absence could be a crucial factor too as the Brazilian born
Spaniard has been the standout performer in a struggling side all
season.
Valencia 2 - 1 Villarreal
