Team News
Mallorca
Mallorca succumbed meekly to a 3-1 defeat at Sevilla on Monday night, which ensured they remain in the bottom-half of the table. Tomer Hemed scored only his second goal from open play all season and
the Israeli is expected to be recalled to the starting XI ahead of
Álvaro. However, despite Joaquín Caparrós' disappointment with his side's
performance against his old club, he is unlikely to make too many
changes as he has retained a pretty settled line-up in recent weeks.
probable lineups : Aouate, Cáceres, Nunes, Ramis, Chico, Tissone, Marti, Castro, Victor, Pereira, Hemed. (4-2-3-1).
Granada
Granada edged closer to survival as Guillherme Siqueira's 89th minute penalty handed them a vital 1-0 win at Racing Santander. Abel Resino has, though, been dealt a blow with the news that
first-choice keeper Roberto is expected to miss the rest of the season
with a recurrence of the back injury that kept him out for most of
March. Carlos Martins, Allan-Roméo Nyom and Borja Gomez all return from
suspension but the latter may find it difficult to get back into the
side after Iñigo López and Diego Mainz helped secure the Andalusians
first clean sheet in four months.
probable lineups : César, Nyom, López, Mainz, Siqueira, Rico, Moisés, Jara, Martins, Benítez, Uche. (4-2-3-1).
Match Facts

Mallorca probably just have the edge due to their home advantage as Granada have lost 11 of their 15 away games so far this season.
Granada have also been pretty wasteful in front of goal in recent weeks and they will need to take their chances against a Mallorca side that are normally very solid at the back.
Mallorca 2 - 1 Granada
