New coach Stramaccioni has tried different attacking solutions, and the most likely to be used is a 4-3-3, especially with Sneijder still out. Ranocchia and Guarin could play leaving Lucio and Cambiasso on the bench respectively. Milito is favoured over Pazzini for the striker position.

Sculli and Jankovic are back available, but both of them are likely to start on the bench as the line-up should have no wingers. Kucka and Constant are still out, so Veloso and Biondini will partner captain Rossi in the middle of the pitch. Bovo has recovered from his injury and will go to the bench, but he is the only defender available as a substitute.

Inter just changed their manager, putting the previous Primavera coach in charge. Stramaccioni, who is well-known for his trophies in youth tournaments and leagues, has at least restored some enthusiasm into the club. Now is the time for him to win some points.

 

Genoa are without a win since the beginning of February, and they cannot consider the safety run over yet, as they sit just 7 points ahead of Lecce.

 

As Milan and Juventus are playing at different times, this may well be the most interesting match on Sunday afternoon, as high expectations were placed on Stramaccioni and Inter fans are waiting to see his first line-up. Inter may need some time to adapt to a new playing style, but Genoa have also changed a lot in recent weeks. In the end, the second half could be more interesting and entertaining, when the teams will have more confidence in their line-ups.
